The RAC is hiring a Super Flex Roadside Mechanic to deliver flexible, on-call roadside support across the South West region. You’ll diagnose faults, fix on the roadside, and keep customers moving with care.
Expect a core 40-hour week, shifts from 06:00 to 02:00, and a competitive base salary of £50,669, with earnings up to £57,000 through bonuses and overtime. You’ll receive a RAC van, fuel card and full uniform from day one.
