Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Nurse for the Toressa Community Nursing Team. The role involves visiting patients at home in Penntorr, Saltash, and surrounding areas, with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 or 14:00 to 22:00.
Applicants should be able to travel between patient homes and community sites using work-provided transport. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration and be willing to mentor students.
