Overview

Protocol Education is recruiting a trainee teaching assistant passionate about building positive relationships with children and supporting them to achieve their best.

Working days:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

Positive and self‑motivated.
Calm and reassuring nature.
Collaborates with teaching and support staff.
Willingness to learn and adapt work style.
Ensures pupils integrate fully into activities and progress.
Develops knowledge of pupil’s needs and seeks advice from SENCo, class teacher and outside agencies.
Provides positive reinforcement, works as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

No formal qualifications required; a passion and dedication to making a difference in children’s lives is essential.

Experience is desirable but not essential.
