Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Y5 Teacher to join our successful supply team and work within a welcoming primary school in the TS11 area.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday during school hours. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Y5 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
The role will commence in September 2026 and is ongoing, with the potential to become long-term depending on the needs of the school.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching within KS2, particularly Year 5, would be advantageous.
The RoleWorking as part of a supportive and experienced teaching team, the desired Year 5 Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning opportunities for pupils.
Responsibilities may include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress.
- Differentiating learning activities to meet the needs of all learners.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting high expectations.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies where required.
- Supporting pupils' personal, social, and emotional development.
- Preparing pupils for their next stage of learning and supporting their academic progress.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school community.

Requirements- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
