As a Product Support Engineer - German Speaker, you’ll be the linchpin of our European customer support team. Your day‑to‑day activities will include providing expert technical assistance, product recommendations, and handling a diverse range of customer inquiries. You’ll manage accounts, collaborate with global teams, and support engaging marketing initiatives. Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to showcase your expertise by writing articles and designing demos—a role that’s anything but ordinary!

Hours of Work:
Full‑time, Monday to Friday.

Location:

York (UK) or Mainz (Germany)

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient with MS Office
