Maintenance Manager

The Company Our client are specialists in their market sector; they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis. If you have experience in Managing a Maintenance team and have Maintenance Planning experience this role could be ideal for you.

The Role We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Maintenance Manager/Planner to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities in our manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing plant performance, and minimizing downtime through effective planning, scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production and support equipment.

Create detailed maintenance schedules and allocate labour and resources effectively. Use a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, asset history, parts inventory, and maintenance KPIs. Coordinate and schedule planned outages, shutdowns, and overhauls. Team Leadership and Supervision.
