RoleSaltcoats Group Practice are seeking an enthusiastic and committed receptionist to join our dynamic, forward thinking team on a part-time basis of 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Provide an excellent administrative service to support the needs of the practice
- Work with the public and assist in optimizing workflow
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Some IT experience is advantageous
- Previous experience in general practice is preferred
- Knowledge of EMIS and Docman is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)
Salary commensurate with experience. Company pension scheme.
