In this role you will be considered as the go to technical expert within the department, driving change and identifying area's for improvement across the plant.

This role would suit a qualified engineer with Process / Project experience looking to technically develop and play a key role in the continuous improvement of a growing business.

The Role:

• Lead process engineering across high-value CAPEX projects
• Oversee installation, compliance, and contractor performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, effective solutions

The Candidate:

• Qualified engineer with process/project engineering experience
• Strong understanding of compliance, H&S, and contractor control
• Confident working in a manufacturing or technical project environment
