* We are a well-established and respected legal practice serving North Ayrshire and beyond. With a strong reputation in family law, we are now seeking a dynamic solicitor to add to our expanding Family Law Department*.

* The Role:

* You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, child contact/residence, cohabitation disputes, financial provision, and guardianship.

* Key Responsibilities:

* * Handle complex family law cases with minimal supervision

* Represent clients in Sheriff Court and Court of Session

* Maintain high standards of client care and legal service

* Contribute to marketing and networking initiatives

* Requirements:
* * Scottish-qualified solicitor in family law

* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills

* Experience with Legal Aid and private client work

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
