- Verify and review payment request documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Record and maintain all financial transactions, including cash inflows and cash outflows.
- Prepare and post necessary adjusting journal entries.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Prepare, report, and process tax payments in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Perform tax reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping processes.
- Knowledge of taxation regulations and tax reporting procedures.
- Experience in preparing bank reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
