• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process, ensuring all documentation and information are provided in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc financial projects and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
