As a Travel Consultant, you will play an important role in providing exceptional travel experiences for our customers in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.
Key responsibilities
Provide accurate advice and information about travel destinations, accommodation, and travel packages suited to customer needs and budgets
Design and create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and desires
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction during the booking and travel process
Stay up-to-date with tourism industry trends and latest destinations to provide relevant advice to customers
Assist in marketing and promotion of the company's travel products and services
About you
Deep knowledge of tourist destinations, accommodation, and travel services
Good communication skills, customer service oriented, and personal appeal
Willing to travel outside the city
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Fixed salary, incentives and commission
Accommodation and transport provided by the company
