Finance Staff

We're looking for Finance Staff (at least 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduate with internship experience).

• Monitoring AR and AP
• Creating report (bank/cash)
• PPh 23 prepaid, working closely (coordinate) with tax and finance/accounting head office in Jakarta
• Monitoring BG and creating invoice
• Closing billing
• Handle petty cash for daily needs
• Bank transaction (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Report to branch manager and finance & accounting manager in head office

• Minimum education bachelor degree (S1) of Economics (Accounting, Finance/Banking, Financial Management) from reputable university with min. GPA 3,00
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as finance staff, or fresh graduate with internship experience as finance staff
• Good communication skills, able to work in a team or individual
• Detail oriented and well-organized
