Supervisor Store

Responsible on the day to day operation of store.

Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Assist other store employees with their work.

Check the products before the opening and closing of the store.

Responsible to achieve sales and improve team.

Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target.

Complete store operational requirements by schedulling and assigning employess.

Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from any major.

SMK / SMA with retail experience are welcome to apply

Having experience minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role, in retail industry or retail fashion will be an advantage.

Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (6 days work, 1 day off).

High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target.

Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team.

Interested in fashion or lifestyle brand.

Neat and good communication skill
