• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring high performance.
• Supervise and coach retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive sales initiatives and ensure team members meet sales targets.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular counts.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
• Help manage inventory, including stock counts, receiving, and merchandising.
• Ensure the store is well‑maintained, clean, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Train and mentor new sales associates, contributing to team development.

• Previous experience in retail supervision or a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, customer service, and store operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
