Overview
The Position:
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.
No soccer experience needed!
- Lead activities for children ages 1 to 7 in a fun and educational environment with a focus on safety.
- Provide individual attention to support each child’s success.
- Foster a non-competitive, stress-free class atmosphere that is enjoyable for the children.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate successes.
- Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual; be open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, or similar role).
- Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.
- No soccer experience required.
- Willingness to pass a background check.
New Coaches can work 5-10 hours per week. Starting pay is $25 per hour. Pay increases at 3 months and 12 months of employment.
