Assistant Coach – Track and Field (Eastlake High School)

Eastlake High School is seeking qualified candidates as Assistant Track & Field – Multiple Positions – Sprints/Jumps/Throws for the 2025‑26 school year. These are assistant coach level positions.

Position Breakdown:

• Throws Coach: Basic knowledge of coaching the javelin is required; experience with discus and shot put is a bonus.
• Jumps Coach: Experience with horizontal and vertical jumps preferred; background in either is acceptable.
• Sprint Coach: General knowledge of sprint events and athletics.

Season: 03/01/2026 – 05/29/2026

Compensation:

• Certification stipend: $5,355 per season.
• Classified hourly rate: $19.47 per hour (275‑hour calendar).

Certifications:

Valid First Aid, AED, and CPR (Adult and Child) certifications upon hire.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 19 years of age for Assistant Coach position.
