This hands-on role will partner closely with operational leaders to drive financial performance and provide strategic insight across departments. Responsibilities- Lead financial ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with operations on revenue, cost, and profitability analysis
- Oversee AP, AR, and payroll functions through supervision of small accounting team
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements; explain variances to forecast
- Deliver insights to improve operational efficiency and financial results
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate finance on reporting and tax filings
- Support upcoming system implementations and automation initiatives
- Lead financial guidance and act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- 2+ years in construction, design/build, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Quick Books Desktop experience required
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Experience with systems implementations or process automation
- Nice to have:
Experience with Net Suite, Sage, or other Tier 2 ERP systems - Salary range: $140,000 – $150,000 + 5% bonus
- 2 weeks of paid vacation. 1 week of sick time. 6 paid holidays
