Finance Manager

This hands-on role will partner closely with operational leaders to drive financial performance and provide strategic insight across departments. • Lead financial ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with operations on revenue, cost, and profitability analysis
• Oversee AP, AR, and payroll functions through supervision of small accounting team
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements; explain variances to forecast
• Deliver insights to improve operational efficiency and financial results
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate finance on reporting and tax filings
• Support upcoming system implementations and automation initiatives
• Lead financial guidance and act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• 2+ years in construction, design/build, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Quick Books Desktop experience required
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team
• Experience with systems implementations or process automation
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Net Suite, Sage, or other Tier 2 ERP systems
• Salary range: $140,000 – $150,000 + 5% bonus
• 2 weeks of paid vacation. 1 week of sick time. 6 paid holidays
