Pay RangeBase compensation: $80,000–$93,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience). Enhanced compensation may increase earnings by up to 20% of base salary.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. Therapists evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients suffering from injuries, disabilities, or diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury. This role involves developing treatment plans based on medical referrals and individual patient goals.

Summary of Duties- Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
- Monitor and document patient progress in a timely manner, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations.
- Document all assessments, plans, procedures, and pertinent interactions regarding the patient’s treatment in an electronic documentation system.
- Contribute to efficient clinic operation by working as a team and assisting others when needed.
- Keep all patient interactions confidential with informed consent.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of clinical experience, outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks while staying focused in a high‑stress environment.
- Work extended periods at a video display terminal and use a keyboard for data entry.
- Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Required to work at the IRG clinic; responsible for own transportation to and from the site.
- Base compensation: $80,000–$93,000 per year.
- Enhanced compensation: up to an additional 20% of base salary.
