This position supports the ground transport of our premature neonates up to 18-year-olds. As a member of our fast-paced, small team, you will build amazing relationships with our team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
- Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License - 1 year critical care in a PICU or level 4 NICU Nursing experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
