Sr. Accountant - Tax

Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek, LLP (ORW) is seeking to recruit a positive, energetic, and exceptional Sr. Accountant for its Tax Department. The role involves preparing tax returns, completing financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and performing bookkeeping write‑up services.

The hours for this full‑time position are 8‑hour days throughout the year, with additional hours needed during the busy season from February to April. The firm offers a flexible work schedule beyond traditional business hours and additional compensation during peak times. In the summer, the office closes on Friday afternoons as a staff benefit.

• Preparing tax returns

• 2–3 years of tax or accounting experience
• Accounting degree, or other related degree
• CPA certification, or pursuing CPA certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
