We are seeking an empathetic, self-motivated, and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our team in San Angelo. In this role, you will be the face of Comfort Keepers for prospective and existing clients, driving home care consultations, developing individualized care plans, and building lasting relationships within our community.

The Client Care Coordinator (CCC) manages the complete client experience from initial referral to continuity of care:

  • Inquiry, Consultation & Onboarding: Respond to referral calls, educate prospective clients and families on our services, and conduct compassionate, in-home consultations to assess needs. Guide families through the intake and onboarding process, ensuring all care documentation and emergency procedures are established before care begins.

  • Client Support & Resolution: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for clients and their families to address questions, resolve concerns, and adjust care approaches or service hours as needed.

  • Multitasking & Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and switch between activities efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Education & Experience: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years of related experience in healthcare, home care, social work, senior living, or client management.
