We are seeking a trustworthy, personable, intrepid, organized, well-spoken, analytical, team-minded, and detail-oriented Programming and Booking Associate to join our team at the San Angelo Performing Arts Center.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with local arts organizations as well as national agents & promoters to manage bookings for live performances at the San Angelo PAC.
You will ensure seamless operations in managing contracts, developing relationships in the live entertainment industry, and helping us deliver high-quality live performances.
This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with professionals in the music and performing arts industry. You will also develop your skills in media production, project management, and digital content creation within a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate and schedule programming with local and national arts organizations, artists, agents, and promoters.
- Manage and respond to booking requests for venues.
- Support the Box Office team with content creation, including videography, photography, and graphic design tasks using software like Canva.
- Assist with post-production activities such as posting photos and video on social media.
- Maintain organized records of bookings, schedules, and production assets to streamline workflows.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Experience in event or project management
- Experience in marketing and public relations
- Microsoft Office or Copilot
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools to publish and promote content effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
