The Speech-Language Pathologist plans and implements treatment programs for patients across all ages, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute individualized speech therapy plans.
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.
- Work with diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics.
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with clinical standards.
- High School Diploma required;
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. - Minimum of 1 year experience in speech therapy; experience with speech-language pathology preferred.
- Licensed to practice speech-language pathology and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to obtain necessary licensure and certifications as specified.
