Qualifications & Requirements- Education:
High School Diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. - Experience:
Preferably one year each in Speech Therapy and Home Health settings. - Licenses &
Certifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology License in Texas, BLS Certification (to be obtained within 90 days), Texas Driver’s License, and Auto Insurance.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain required licensure, certifications, and documentation to support therapy services.
