Provides physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following accepted practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provides physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following accepted practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Designs and executes patient-specific treatment plans.
- Works closely with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintains accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
- Education:
Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (post-2015) or equivalent. - Experience:
Relevant clinical experience preferred, with specific years and types of experience adaptable. - Licensure &
Certifications:
Must be a licensed physical therapist, hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and obtain required licensures within 90 days.
- Required education and licensure as specified.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop effective treatment strategies for diverse patient populations.
