The Speech-Language Pathologist plans and implements treatment programs across all ages, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on accepted speech pathology practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Education in Speech-Language Pathology with required licensure and certification, including a valid Texas license and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience in speech therapy, preferably with at least one year in home health or clinical settings.
- Proficiency in treatment of diverse age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
- Must obtain licensure and insurance requirements within 90 days of hire.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
