Qualifications- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or relevant education for older standards
- Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience
- Mandatory:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days - Licensed Physical Therapist by the state licensing board
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification
