Qualifications & Skills:Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent, with a licensed physical therapist credential. Mandatory Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and required licensures. Experience preferences are noted but not specified. Must obtain required certifications within 90 days of start.
