Plans and implements individualized treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following established physical therapy practices and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications- Education:
Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a high school diploma. A DPT is required for roles after 2015. - Licensure:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist. - Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within ninety days of employment.
Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring effective therapy across diverse populations, and coordinate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
