Role & Responsibilities:
Implement treatment programs for patients across all ages under supervision of a Physical Therapist, following accepted practices and principles.
Qualifications & Skills:- Required:
Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program. - Experience:
None required; preferred: one year as a Physical Therapy Aide or PTA. - Certification & Licensure:
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant with the relevant licensing board, maintained in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within ninety days of hire, and kept active.
Assist in implementing treatment plans, ensuring adherence to licensing and certification requirements, and supporting patient care across diverse age groups.
