Role: Develop and implement speech therapy treatment programs across all ages, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute treatment plans adhering to established speech pathology practices.
- Work with a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics.
- Maintain effective communication with treatment team members.
- Educational background in Speech-Language Pathology (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
- Licensure and certification in speech-language pathology, with authorization to practice in the relevant state.
- Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
- Experience preferred in speech therapy, including home health and various clinical settings.
Key Duties: Provide speech therapy services, follow certification and licensure requirements, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Must obtain required certifications within ninety days of hire.
