Live Well Homecare is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide medically prescribed therapy to alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent disability following disease or injury. You will develop individualized programs using exercises, manual techniques, heat, water, light, and electrical modalities as directed by physicians.
You will conduct diagnostic tests on muscles, nerves, and joints, guide patients through active/passive exercises, gait training, and may supervise staff.
