Join a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Service Now Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize critical Service Now platforms supporting DoD and Air Force cybersecurity operations. This role involves managing multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), transitioning authentication from username/password to Common Access Card (CAC), and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will be responsible for configuring workflows, customizing modules, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing reports using Service Now Performance Analytics.
Additionally, you will lead efforts to migrate the Service Now IL-4 instance to CAC authentication, collaborating with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and security compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong scripting skills, experience with system cloning, backup procedures, and detailed knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards.
Top Requirements:
- Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with active maintenance
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Now System Administrator managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
