Commercial Lines Account Manager

Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join one of our top producing Property & Casualty teams in San Antonio, TX. • Support producers by coordinating renewals and new business, gathering underwriting details, requesting and reviewing carrier quotes, and maintaining accurate expiration and marketing records.
• Assist with marketing and placement of business, preparing presentations, analyzing premiums, and offering thoughtful recommendations on quotes, coverage options, and open issues.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across policies, endorsements, invoicing, audits, and billing, including month-end statement reviews and finance arrangements when needed.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and carriers, handling questions, documentation, proofs of insurance, and service follow-ups with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized electronic files, suspense and follow-up systems, and compliance with agency E&O guidelines while supporting special projects as needed.

• Minimum of 5 year's experience in a similar position is desirable.
• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) per state requirements.
• Should have thorough understanding of commercial lines underwriting and coverages.
• Working knowledge of Windows based computer, Office and Adobe Suites. Previous experience with Applied Epic is preferred.

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
