Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

  • Customer Service:
    Provide top-notch customer service, from greeting and diagnosing vehicles to explaining repair options.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and motivate a team of automotive technicians to achieve high performance.
  • Shop Operations:
    Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
  • Sales & Revenue:
    Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Handle administrative tasks, including estimates, payments, and recordkeeping. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).
  • Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
