• Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and testing under supervision.
• Assist senior technicians with routine calibrations and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Learn company processes, equipment, and documentation systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely.
• Basic computer skills.
