Caprock Home Health Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Texas home health team. You will perform in-home skilled visits, develop care plans with physicians, and coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants should have an RN license in Texas, 1+ year of RN experience preferred, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid requirements. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus. This is a BYOD-per-visit role with travel to patient homes and on-call rotation.
