• Be a General Merchandise Expert who supports store processes and efficiency to ensure a consistent guest experience across GM areas.
• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for General Merchandise areas; conduct inventory accuracy, merchandise setup and maintenance, and pricing processes.
• Support proper fulfillment processes, including pick, pack, and ship operations and assistance with digital fulfillment (e.g., pickup orders).
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs as directed.
• Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety policies at all times.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise setup, stock management, and verification activities as directed by leadership.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store resources, products, and services to resolve guest questions and improve their experience.
• Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
