Job SummaryAs a Direct Sales Representative, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. Responsibilities- Customise solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs, creating tailored telecom packages.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches, addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are satisfied and committed.
- Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing post‑sales support and assistance.
- Collaborate with teammates, share insights, and develop strategies to achieve collective goals.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk as required.
- Availability to work full time.
- Fluency in a second language is preferred.
- Sales‑centric mindset with a passion for achieving targets and empathetic customer communication.
- Deep knowledge of mobile and fixed‑line products and services, with the ability to translate technical information into simple terms.
