Meat Lab Student Assistant

This posting will remain open to generate a pool of qualified student applicants for available positions during the semester.

• Performs a variety of tasks in a professional and safety-oriented manner under supervision.
• Assist in harvesting, processing, and packaging of cattle, pigs, sheep, and goats.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.

Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding position in a meat processing facility. Most of the duties will be in a cold environment, and require manual dexterity, attention to your safety and the safety of those around you. Safety work-wear will be provided.
