OCTX runs Fed Ex Ground delivery routes out of San Angelo, and we’re hiring delivery drivers at $120–$144 per day or $15–$18 per hour. $300 Hiring Bonus after 6 months of full time work. The schedule is 5 or 6 days a week, with routes starting at 8 AM.

OCTX is a Fed Ex Ground contractor operating from its terminal in San Angelo. Drivers cover rural routes in the San Angelo metro area using Transits and cutaways. The position includes 2 weeks of paid training. Drivers are paid weekly on Friday.

You’ll load and deliver packages on rural routes across the San Angelo metro area in a company-provided Transit or cutaway. Expect to drive an average of 250 miles per day and work about 8 hours, until all packages are delivered. The work involves loading and unloading packages, frequent bending, and getting in and out of the vehicle to deliver packages to homes or access points.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Prior courier experience is a plus

5 or 6 days a week. Routes start at 8 AM and continue until route completion. The work averages 8 hours per day.
