Currently moving millions of pounds of furniture, we are in immediate need for a billing clerk who can convert a detailed estimate into an invoice. The ideal candidate will be determined, willing to learn, and have a passion to strive for excellence. Previous experience in accounting, billing, or data entry will make for an easier transition.

• Converting estimated charges to actual
• Invoice customers

• Must be able to work as a team member and display initiative while being in harmony with and support of other staff members
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and use of computer-based accounting system is preferred
• Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• High school diploma or G.E.D
