* Job Summary:

**** Core Duties:
*** Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple audits and reviews throughout the year.
* Perform detailed preparation and review of work papers.
* Assist with annual SOX compliance work.
* Aid in the preparation of all SEC filings.
* Assist in drafting monthly internal reporting.
* Learn to monitor international reporting requirements for our rapidly growing, multinational, SEC-reporting entity.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls.
* Develop training documents for departmental tasks to facilitate cross-training and improve task transitions.
* Undertake periodic special projects as they arise.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Basic Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred; minimum 2 years’ progressive accounting experience or a strong desire to learn more about technical accounting.
* Previous experience in both public accounting and private industry is valued, with a focus on leading audits from the client perspective.
* Strong sense of task-ownership and curiosity to learn new skills.
* Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
* Experience with SOX compliance preferred but not required.
* Career progression demonstrating initiative to be an active problem solver.
* Strong accounting acumen.
* Experience with consolidated financial statements in a publicly traded company preferred.
* Strong advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
* Strong desire to work in a rapidly growing and complex organization.
* Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to reprioritize tasks quickly.
* Proven ability to excel in a team environment.
* Commitment to professionalism in all interactions.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
* Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
* Ability to speak, read and write in English
