• Our client, a San Antonio based hotel management group, is looking for an Accounting Manager. The company is centrally located within San Antonio. This role is open due to company growth. The company employs an excellent leadership team, and there is opportunity for upward mobility!

• Support Corporate Controller in Accounts Payable, Income Audit, bank reconciliations, financial controls, and other accounting tasks.
• Prepare daily reports (Revenue Flash, Payroll Stats).
• Review monthly P&L, explain variances to budget and prior period.
• Identify unrecorded liabilities and prepare accruals.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and payroll journals.
• Complete bank reconciliations for assigned properties.
• Process invoices accurately and in line with vendor terms.
• Conduct AP reviews with the Corporate Controller before disbursements.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure reconciliation with Quick Books.
• Manage supplier/vendor setup and maintenance.
• Ensure PMS ledgers (Guest Ledger, City Ledger, AR) reconcile to Trial Balance and POS reports.
• Provide dotted‑line oversight to the Night Audit team: onboarding, training, task management for accurate revenue reporting.
• Perform daily and month‑end cash audits.
• Conduct monthly house bank audits and report findings to the Corporate Controller.
• Manage property chargebacks and document for month‑end reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
• Hotel accounting experience is a must
