• Working with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data
• Preparing individual, corporate, partnership, or other tax returns
• Calculating tax extensions or estimating payments
• Participating in client meetings alongside Forvis Mazars partners and managers

• Associate positions require a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
• Candidates must be pursuing the education requirements to be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state in which the office is located for this position.
• Completion of required academic credits (150 credit hours) must be met prior to the start date listed for this role.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the state in which your office will be located.
• Solid technical accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable transportation to and from your assigned office and the ability to attend off‑site meetings and events in person.

• Prior internships in a public accounting firm performing tax work
