Bookkeeper​/Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Quick Books and a solid understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing.

• Manage daily accounting tasks using Quick Books Desktop.
• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and send invoices; track and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing or payment inquiries.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an office setting.
• Strong proficiency in Quick Books Desktop – expert-level required.
• Solid understanding of A/r, A/p, and invoicing workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in the Construction or IT industry.
• Familiarity with payroll processing or sales tax filings.
