Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst. The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions. This includes fine tuning invoice processing per client contract terms, reconciliation of general ledger, analysis and cash applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Direct Hire/Permanent Role
Responsibilities

• Audit of customer billing (high volume/ detailed line items to be billed)
• Review price variances and confirm accuracy
• Resolve any discrepancies with customers regarding invoices or payments
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management
• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of accounts receivable transactions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
