The Accounting Specialist manages, records, invoices and reconciles financial information. This role involves ensuring accuracy in accounts, resolving discrepancies, and assisting the overall accounting team in striving for comprehensive financial integrity and accountability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This job primarily involves sitting for long periods and using office equipment such as computers and phones.
Working Hours:
The Accounting Specialist is a full-time position with typical working hours from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. 8:00 am - 12:00 noon on Fridays. Occasionally, overtime or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.
