The Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting functions for the firm’s clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Assist with payroll processing and related filings.
• Generate financial reports and support month-end and year-end close.
• Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping inquiries and deliverables.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or CPA firm environment.
• Proficiency in Quick Books (Desktop and Online) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive salary up to $75,000.
• Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote).
